About Irvins
Irvins is a seafood restaurant established in 2008 at River Valley Road by Irvin Hasaka Yuga Gunawan. The restaurant is known for its delicious and affordable live crab dishes with its signature Salted Egg Crab with a creamy flowing golden sauce. However, as the restaurant needs to relocate, it lost its popularity thus the owner decided to think of other ways to keep the business afloat that resulted in the birth of Irvins Salted Egg Fish Skin and Salted Egg Potato Chips.
